The Trinidad and Tobago Fine Cocoa Company has launched a limited run of chocolate medallions featuring Trinitario Cocoa and Angostura Bitters.

They are made with 58% Dark Chocolate that is infused with Angostura Rum and Bitters as well as local fruit, and are available in three unique flavors.

Citrus, Coconut and Angostura Orange Bitters Medallions; This flavour combines the tang of citrus with the creaminess of coconut, enhanced by Angostura Orange Bitters.

Single Barrel Rum, Raisins and Angostura Bitters Medallions; Rum and chocolate were made for each other, and this flavour proves it. Single Barrel Rum and Angostura Cocoa Bitters bring out the best in Trinitario Chocolate.
