Woodford Lodge would go into voluntary liquidation before being absorbed into Caroni Limited. This would leave Forres Park and Golden Grove as the only independent Sugar Estates.

In 1964, a twin column still and a pot still would be added to the stills already at the Caroni Distillery in Frederick Settlement. It is likely that these stills came from Woodford Lodge.
