During his visit to Trinidad and Tobago, world famous food vlogger Mark Wiens experienced much of the local culinary culture. This included sampling some of the hottest dishes available and eating the iconic bake and shark at Maracas Beach.

To properly experience curry however, he headed to Caura River to sample a broad range of Indo-Caribbean cuisine including curry duck, curry goat, and geera pork.

Caura River is a popular attraction in Trinidad where hundreds visit every weekend to enjoy the river and cook their own curry.
